What is included?

The EncodingSleuth Text system contains the API, documentation, and a runtime license generator.

The runtime license generator creates runtime licenses for the API and incorporates those licenses into your applications, enabling those applications to use the API when they run.

Each license above conveys to you the permanent right to use the API for development purposes and to incorporate the licensed version of the API into your programs.

Redistribution

There is no limit to the number of distinct applications or the quantity of each application within which the API may be redistributed. There are no royalties or other fees in addition to the license fee. There are no conditions on whether or how you charge for your applications.

Support

Each license entitles you to standard support at no charge for one year beginning on the day of the purchase.

Licensed Version

The license is attached to the major version of EncodingSleuth Text and entitles you to all minor releases of that major version at no additional charge. If you purchase a license for version 1.1, that license will unlock every version from 1.0 up to but not including 2.0.

Custom License Agreements

None of the licenses above convey the right to expose the API to your customers, nor to give them the ability to redistribute the API. If you need this right, or other rights not conveyed by these licenses, contact us to enquire about a custom license agreement.
